The Kokomo law firm of McCann Peelle is pleased
to announce that Mark A. McCann and Jeremy A. Peelle opened
their law firm on July 1, 2004.
McCann is a long-time Kokomo resident, a
1986 graduate of Indiana University, and a 1990 graduate of
Valparaiso University School of Law. Upon graduation in 1990,
McCann began practicing in Howard County as Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney. Currently, McCann serves as Chief Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney in Howard County. His memberships include Howard
County and Indiana State Bar Associations, National Criminal
Enforcement Association and the National District Attorneys
Association.
Peelle is also a native of Kokomo and resident.
His education includes DePauw University, where he graduated
cum laude, in 1995, and in 1999 from the Indiana University
School of Law at Indianapolis. After being admitted to practice
in 1999, Peelle has practiced in Kokomo since 2001. Currently
Peelle serves as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Howard County.
He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court,
the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the United States District
Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
